What products does PlastoCraft manufacture?
PlastoCraft manufactures two main product categories: reusable ice gel packs for cold chain logistics and temperature control, and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) containers including bottles, jars, and cans for pharmaceutical, industrial, and home care packaging.
What are your ice gel packs made from?
Our gel packs contain a non-toxic gel compound sealed inside either soft pouch packaging or rigid HDPE bottle containers. The gel is BPA-free, does not harm skin on contact, and does not harden over time. The outer packaging is leak-proof and designed to withstand repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
How long do your gel packs stay cold?
In a well-insulated container, our gel packs maintain temperatures within the 2–8°C range for up to 36 hours. Actual duration depends on ambient temperature, insulation quality, and how frequently the container is opened.
Can your gel packs be used for medicine transport?
Yes. Our pharmaceutical-grade gel packs are specifically designed for cold chain medicine transport. They are used by pharmaceutical distributors across Pakistan to maintain temperature integrity during the transport of vaccines, insulin, biologics, and other temperature-sensitive medications.
Can your gel packs be used in air coolers?
Yes. We manufacture gel pack bottles specifically designed for air coolers. When frozen and placed in the cooler’s ice compartment, they enhance cooling performance and last longer than regular ice without the mess of melting water.
Are your HDPE containers food-safe?
Yes. Our HDPE containers are manufactured from food-grade, BPA-free polyethylene. They are suitable for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and industrial applications.
Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
Yes. We offer custom manufacturing for both gel packs and HDPE containers. We can adjust sizes, shapes, and volumes to match your specific packaging requirements. Custom orders require a minimum quantity — contact us for details.
Ordering and Pricing
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantities are 500 units for ice gel pads and 1,000 units for ice gel pack bottles and HDPE containers. There is no maximum limit — order as much as you need.
How do I get a price quote?

Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Yes, we can provide samples for evaluation before you commit to a bulk order. Contact us to discuss sample availability and shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cheque payments, and cash on delivery for local orders. Payment terms can be discussed based on order volume and client relationship.
Do you ship outside of Lahore?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities. Shipping costs depend on order volume and destination.
Technical Questions
What temperature range do your gel packs maintain?
Our gel packs are designed to maintain the 2–8°C range required for pharmaceutical cold chain compliance when used with proper insulation. They can also be used for general cooling applications where precise temperature control is less critical.
How many times can a gel pack be reused?
Our reusable gel packs can be frozen and reused hundreds of times without losing their effectiveness. The gel does not degrade, harden, or lose cooling capacity over time with normal use.
How long does it take to freeze a gel pack?
Most of our gel packs require 12–24 hours in a standard freezer to reach full frozen state. We recommend freezing them overnight before use.
What is the difference between your gel pack pouches and gel pack bottles?
Gel pack pouches are flexible, lightweight, and conform to the shape of items they are packed around — ideal for filling gaps in medicine shipping boxes. Gel pack bottles are rigid HDPE containers that maintain their shape — ideal for air coolers and applications where structural stability is needed.

Is PlastoCraft a manufacturer or a reseller?
We are a manufacturer. All our products are made in our own production facility using our blow moulding and injection moulding equipment. This allows us to offer factory-direct pricing and customisation.
