Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return if they are damaged or do not match the sample provided.
The return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact one of our sales representatives via WhatsApp or call to request a return.
Provide order details and the reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
We cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
