Ice gel pads are reusable, freeze-and-use cooling pads that keep vaccines, medicines and lab samples inside the safe 2°C to 8°C range during transport. Manufactured by PlastoCraft in Lahore, these pads are used by pharmaceutical distributors, hospitals, labs and food logistics companies across Pakistan.

How to Use (Conditioning Procedure)
- Lay the gel pads flat in a freezer at -18°C for at least 24 hours.
- Line the base and walls of the insulated shipper with frozen pads.
- Place a barrier layer (cardboard/bubble wrap) between pads and temperature-sensitive product to avoid freezing risk.
- Seal the box. Payload stays within 2°C – 8°C for up to 18 hours depending on box insulation and ambient temperature.
